This place is absolutely beautiful, and the owner and staff were truly amazing. Everything we tried—the tea, salad, sandwiches, fruit and desserts—was fresh and delicious. What stood out most was the owner. She isn't the type of person to take all the credit for the excellent service. Instead, she makes it clear that it takes a team, and you can see that teamwork reflected in the warm, welcoming atmosphere and outstanding experience. I highly recommend booking this place for a tea party event or date night.

The Tea Lady in Barberton, Ohio The Owner was wonderful and kind. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The table setting was awesome. The owner presented the meal her self. Five course meal was delicious and presented with love with nice smooth music. Plenty of parking spaces. I recommend this place highly.

I had the pleasure of experiencing High Tea with my girlfriend Rachelle on a rainy Sunday afternoon. What an absolute delight. From the start it was elegant, the venue is tastefully decorated with beautiful chandeliers and equally beautiful tableware. The staff was welcoming, proper, and very friendly. The tea was wonderful, the food delicious, and the finishing touch was when we left it was drizzling and I was given an umbrella to use to get my date to the car so she stayed dried. I would have given this experience 10/10 rating if it had been a choice.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We had the best experience today at The Tea Lady. From start to finish, we truly felt like royalty. The owner is so pleasant and welcoming, and she goes into great detail about the high tea service provided. The venue is absolutely beautiful and elegant, and the service was wonderful the entire time we were there. She even offered to take complimentary pictures of our party for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. Thank you, Tea Lady, for making my best friend’s birthday so memorable. I can’t wait to come back for my own celebration!

We visited on a cold, snowy day, but it was warm and cheerful inside! It's a small place, but it wasn't crowded, so we got personal service from the Tea Lady herself. The presentation was beautiful and the food delicious. Not all cucumber-and-dill sandwiches are actually that interesting, but her recipe was delicious. We also enjoyed the salad and the berry scones with raspberry champagne jam. And of course, the desserts were delectable! She even put in a candle for the birthday we were celebrating. If I could change one thing I would have more loose-leaf tea options instead of just tea bags, because I like to try exotic tea. But we did like the ones we chose, and she kept the water hot and the brew fresh.
